Insurance Requirements

Worker’s Compensation Insurance: As prescribed by law of the state or nation where work is performed.
- Employer’s Liability Insurance: At least $1,000,000 for each occurrence.
- Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance: (if the use of motor vehicles is required) $1,000,000 combined single
limit for bodily injury and property damage for each occurrence (if Applicable).
- Commercial General Liability (CGL) Insurance: ISO 1988 or later occurrence form of insurance, includes Blanket
Contractual Liability and Broad Form Property Damage; $1,000,000 combined single limit of bodily and property damage per
occurrence.
- Product Liability and completed operations coverage: If furnishing to Company (by sale or otherwise) of products,
material or construction, installation, maintenance or repair services is involved, GCL insurance endorsed to include product
liability and completed operations in the amount of $5,000,000 per occurrence $5,000,000 per occurrence.
- Insurance companies providing coverage: Rated by A.M. Best with at least an A-rating and a financial size category
of at least Class VII.
Once you have completed the Self–Assessment Checklist and you meet Arete Media’s Insurance Requirements, you are welcome to
complete a Supplier Profile Form for possible consideration.
